Project Styles and Preferences

Style

I begin a project understanding that it is not my role to impose a style upon a client. My role as the architect is to design within the style the owner prefers and hopefully give them more than they expected in the process.

"During the month we had to come up with our architectural plans, Robert was extermely easy and accessible. He was full of creative ideas and necessary suggestions. His final work reflected our input, requests and requirements."

Size

There are no projects too large or too small. The relationships built on projects extend into the future and all projects receive respect and attention to detail.

Type

I worked for a structural engineer in college and he was asked one time if he designed schools. The engineer responded "why yes, I do". His client asked: "I thought you worked mostly on storage buildings?" To which he responded: "What is a school except a storage building for children?"

Although I don't take this meaning literally, I took his intent to heart. I design and build in all project types that my clients have need for: Remodels; Additions; Tenant Improvements; New: Residential, Commercial, Institutional; Offices: Medical, Veterinarian, Retail, Mercantile; Restaurants; Churches; Thematic; ADA Renovations.

"Because of prompt service, attention to detail, and expertise in his field, I would highly recommend Robert for any architectural needs."

Location

Most work is currently on the South East coast of Florida, from the Keys north to the Treasure Coast. I have the ability to work anywhere within the state. If needed and given time, license-sure within another state is also possible.
